Located along the Huadi River and adjacent to the Chajiao Village urban renewal project, Poly Baihua Residential Complex establishes a landscape-led residential community shaped by its waterfront setting and rapidly transforming urban context. The residential towers are arranged around a central park, where a blue-green landscape strategy integrates water and planting into the everyday life of the development.

A sunken courtyard, theme gardens, leisure gardens, water play areas and a swimming pool offer varied settings for recreation, gathering and retreat, complemented by lush planting that reinforces the character of the residential landscape. Along the main street, a linear commercial promenade brings retail, outdoor seating and landscape planting to the public edge, creating an active frontage that connects the residential community with the emerging commercial district.
