Oasis Kai Tak

Set within the evolving urban landscape of Kai Tak, Hong Kong, Oasis Kai Tak creates a residential environment where landscape is integrated throughout the high-rise development. At the ground level, the main entrance is framed by linear gardens that lead into a central courtyard to where the swimming pool is. Here, a series of subtle level changes shapes the pool landscape, creating a gradual transition from the pool deck and submerged loungers to the water itself.

Approximately one-third of the development is dedicated to green space, softening the dense residential setting while creating a continuous landscape experience that moves between spaces for arrival, recreation, social interaction and retreat.
