Livia Residences

The landscape for Livia Residence is designed as a series of distinct yet connected spaces that gradually unfold moving across the site. A central waterscape spine cuts through site, the adjacent to it flows a landscape comprised of floral courtyards and themed gardens. The lush softscape complements the contemporary form of the sleek pavilions and cabanas. A children’s play area complete with climbing ropes was designed near the park connector, and a small rain garden retains runoff water that undergoes a series of filtration before being released into the canal.
