Channeling wetland into the city, this landscape masterplan reimagines the site's natural water heritage as the organizing spine of a new residential community. The concept draws on water, tropical planting, and a sense of luxurious retreat to forge a continuous blue-green connection between architecture, gardens, and waterways, culminating in the vision of a "floating oasis" threading through the development.

The masterplan is organized into four zones, each carrying a distinct character while sharing a common palette of relaxing, therapeutic spaces, unique visual interest, and sponge city principles for sustainable water management. Zone 1, the North High Rise Zone, offers elevated garden retreats; Zone 2, the Central Mid Rise Zone, centers on a resort-style pool and waterfront core; Zone 3, the South Low Rise Zone, delivers tranquil, villa-scaled greenery; and Zone 4, the SOHO Apartment Zone, fosters interactive, water-fronting community spaces.

Main outdoor attractions, recreational spots, waterfront features, and void-deck facilities are woven together by a continuous pedestrian walkway, linking all four zones into one unified, immersive living landscape.
