Avadh Menorca

Avadh Menorca is a luxury residential complex located in Vesu, Surat, India. Emerging in the centre of 11 residential towers on a rectangular site, is Avadh Menorca’s integrated clubhouse. Originally existing as a solitary building with various amenities, the amenities are scattered, regrouped and reordered according to two key geometries: radiating lines and concentric curves. The smaller amenity blocks are reconnected with circulation paths and their individual roofs are consolidated into the Roof Terrace. Taking reference from the distinct amenities, the landscape is woven inside, outside, over, under and inbetween the buildings, giving rise to a fully accessible, identifiable and dynamic labyrinth of spaces with clearly established horizontal and vertical axes. With no apparent boundary as to where the clubhouse begins or ends, this urban design strategy allows the number of landscape recreation areas to double, creating opportunities for additional amenities to be incorporated and giving rise to a vibrant, lively and enhanced experience.
