8 Napier

The landscape design of 8 Napier responds to the steep slope of the property. A seven to eleven metre high wall rises to the north of the site. To the west is a hospital and to the east, a condominium. The design minimises views to these neighbouring properties. Stepped terraces express specific functions. Three mature Syzigium trees announce the entrance to the first terrace forecourt and porte cochere.
