Responding to the site’s functions and requirements, the spaces are further zoned in layers that create a journey cumulating at the Tapi River to the North. Transitioning from the quiet and orderly residential zone to nestled within the towers, active and vibrant recreational zone, the spaces across the site are emphasizes the physical, spiritual, social and environmental needs of its users.
