Reminiscent of the existing hillock of White Flower Forest Park, the landscape design complements the architectural intent to evoke the memory of the natural elements of the hill. Tierra's planning strategy embraces car-lite and pedestrian-centred design principles to ensure total accessibility within the development. The residential design engages strategies such as landscape terraces and green walls that embody the experience of 'living on a hill' as well as to mitigate the level differences and expanding social spaces. The residential development is split into three prominent design zones. They are the canyon terrace, plateau courtyard and hilltop forest. Active and passive spaces throughout the three zones are linked by a meandering stream that includes waterfall, two cascading water features, one bioswale system and two tranquil shallow water features. The active and social spaces integrate seamlessly through a series of biodiversity landscape design strategies to bring together all the elements in the development.
